Avionic Department

Over time, Mach Aviation has enriched its offer in the aeronautical market by establishing an Avionics laboratory.

Flight is affected by multiple factors, mechanical, environmental, geographical and all in relation to each other with natural physical forces including the earth’s rotation, the force of gravity and variations in the earth’s magnetic field. All this is kept under constant control by more or less sophisticated equipment, but all aimed at ensuring maximum safety and comfort in flight.

The Avionics laboratory mainly deals with all those instruments that are installed on the dashboard of the aircraft, which can be indicators of: speed, altitude, elapsed time, position, fuel quantity, oil pressure, course, trim and other aids to aeronavigation including the sensors and transducers which process these signals to be converted into indications for the pilot.

Therefore, the Mach Aviation laboratory carries out maintenance mainly on the components listed:

  • Altimeter
  • Variometer
  • Anemometer
  • Mach IAS
  • HSI (Course Indicator)
  • ADI (attitude indicator)
  • Horizon StandBy (gyro attitude indicator)
  • Vertical Gyro
  • Radio control panel
  • ATC Transponder control panel
  • Windscreen wipers
  • Electric actuators
  • Stopwatch clock
  • Magnetic Compass
  • Gyrodirectional
  • Runway center indicator and others.
