Alum Rock Counseling Center: will host its annual Santa’s Workshop toy and bike distribution event for more than 500 children, from infants to teens, on Dec. 18. BWC’s Adopt-A-Family program is fulfilling the holiday wishes of more than 1,500 of the neediest youth selected by the County Department of Family and Children’s Services.
